Chief of Personnel Administration

The Chief of Personnel Administration (CPA) is the officer in charge of managing Sixth Fleet's available positions manifest and allocating cadets who have graduated from Sixth Fleet Academy appropriately.

The Chief of Personnel Administration is also responsible for assisting existing fleet officers with transfers to new positions, maintaining a listing of open staff officer (administrative) positions and is often relied upon to offer analysis and guidance related to fleet staffing.

The CPA position can also cover the roles of Academy Commandant and Dean of Command School or the positions can be held by a single separate or individual persons.

The Academy Commandant is currently filling the role of CPA.
