Probe

When a ship or facility needs to get more detailed information on objects, such as objects beyond sensor range, blocked from normal sensors, or get more sensitive readings; they often launch a Sensor Probe.

Probes are essentially torpedoes with the explosive package removed.

There are 9 classes of probes, each take up as much space as a standard torpedo.
